musen is a free personal radio for iPhone and Android that adapts to your mood, habits and time of day.

Tell it what you want using text, voice or a picture and the radio keeps going from there.

AI helps musen understand the moment, choose and sequence existing music, and shape what happens next. An optional AI Host can speak between songs.

musen is AI Radio, a free personal Live Radio experience for iPhone and Android.

Instead of asking listeners to build playlists or manage a queue, musen creates a continuous radio stream shaped around what they want to hear and how they listen. People can steer the radio using text, voice or picture Requests, while an optional AI Host can introduce music and add short spoken moments between songs.

musen uses AI to understand intent, select and sequence existing recordings available under the appropriate rights arrangements, and adapt what happens next.

The current public product does not generate the songs it plays.

musen is also testing artist participation and a new artist and fan economy built around listening time, user centric royalties and real time royalty attribution.

musen is exploring what comes next.

Finding music has never been easier.

People listen while working, driving, training, cooking, travelling, resting and living the rest of their day.

In those moments, the question is often not what can I play?

It is what should happen next?

Radio has always been built around that question. musen makes the answer personal.

musen treats listening as a continuous experience rather than a series of disconnected choices.

AI in musen is primarily used to run the radio.

It can help understand what the listener wants, interpret the moment, choose music, shape a sequence and decide how the radio should continue.

It does not need to replace the music to change the listening experience.

Traditional recommendation is very good at answering what might this person like?

Radio adds another question: what should happen right now?

That is the territory musen calls AI Radio.

musen is currently available free on iPhone and Android.

musen is running a closed artist participation test before opening creator participation more widely.

Independent artists are not intended to be a temporary catalogue.

Creator supplied music and professionally licensed catalogues are both part of the long term direction for musen.

Time already matters to radio.

It tells us what someone heard, what they stayed with and how listening unfolded.

musen is testing whether that same time can create a clearer economic connection between listeners and artists.

In the model being tested, royalty attribution happens in real time.

Attribution can happen in real time while settlement still receives the additional rights, accounting, fraud and verification checks required before money moves.

This artist and fan economy is currently being tested with a limited group. It is not part of the current public consumer product.

Project Checkmate is the attribution and accounting system musen is testing alongside the radio.

Its purpose is to connect what actually happened during listening with what can eventually have an economic result.

The path is intentionally clear:
